Я уже писала, я тот самый миллениал со старой дачей. И то, что она моя, а не «я нашла старый дом за 50 тысяч», не сильно упрощает дело, приводить все в желаемое состояние - тот ещё квест. А самый вкусный летний дачный десерт делается так: Берете кастрюльку, наливаете на 3 пальца воды, не больше. Режете чищеные яблоки мелкими кусочками, прям доверху с горкой, сахар, корицу, варите, пока все это не превратится в душистое пюре с остатками кусочков. Все))) есть ложкой в любом виде; в дождливый вечер еще вкуснее))) Лучше всего сюда подходит сорт «белый налив», а из магазинных яблок не получается)))
