Получил все дивиденды. И полностью упаковал в ликвидность. Рынок акций вырос со дна больше чем на 20%. Тут уже скоро фиксировать пора, а не докупать. Ситуация с инфляцией неоднозначна - брать новые риски в облигациях не хочется. Буду копить новую подушечку, чтобы выкупить новую распродажу. В том, что она будет - сомнений нет. Вопрос времени. А я - пёс терпеливый.

Итоги июля 2026. Русские горки. Весёлый месяц. Летали так, что уши закладывало и самых впечатлительных начинало тошнить. Приятно угадать точку разворота.. Теперь бы отсюда вверх... Вроде, и RGBI под вечер решил развернуться, что повышает шансы. Доля акций в портфеле доведена почти до 60%, что для меня в последнее время много. Год назад, например, было 22%. Возврат всего лишь на мартовский хай 2950 даст 45% роста от текущих значений по индексу. Будем ждать, надеяться, верить - что не зря я выкупал всю эту просадку...

Ценники на рынке продолжают удивлять. Кто бы мне в марте сказал, что мы летом (без ужасных новостей!) увидим такие цены - я бы просто рассмеялся. Посмотрел, как откупают после див.гэпов банки. Вспомнил свою теорию, что на больших див.гэпах можем отрисовать дно. Пошёл - купил ещё на 1% - Т и Газпромнефть. В целом, по таким ценам можно загружать акциями 100% депо и закрывать приложения на год-другой. Но я всё-таки прод…

Рынки продолжают ехать вниз. Уже с ускорением. Представляю, как себя чувствуют новорожденные инвесторы, которые зашли на рынок в последние год-два - и сразу влетели в эту рекордную мясорубку. Опыт, план действий, загрузка работой и общий пофигизм пока позволяют выдерживать это. Действую по плану - намечал себе уровень 2050 по индексу, чтобы прикупить акций ещё на 2% счёта. Говорят, невозможно сделать смелой собаку, которую раньше били. Вот у меня конкретно смелости поубавилось в последнее время. Что ни купишь - всё в минус. Акции, ОФЗ, ВДО... Последние месяцы чувствую себя побитым псом. Читаю новости про возобновление конфликта с Ираном. Перекрытый Ормуз, атаки Йемена в Баб-эль-Мандебском проливе... Надо брать нефтянку на новый раунд. Удивительные дела творятся на российском рынке. По плану - при прохождении 2150 по индексу возобновил понемногу покупки. Взял ИнтерРАО на 1%, полученные дивиденды Займера упаковал обратно в Займер. Продолжаю продавать корпоративные облигации, многие из которых вообще не упали пока. Давайте ещё пунктов 100 вниз по индексу. Кэш готов. P.S. Посмотрел ещё раз внимательно на цены. Итоги июня 2026 Давно уже надо признать — да многие и признают — что на российском рынке делать сейчас нечего. Хранить деньги в Сберегательной кассе куда выгоднее. Последние несколько дней я сокращал позици в ВДО — плавно и без суеты. И снова начал набирать позицию в фонде ликвидности. Этот процесс я буду продолжать. Есть шансы увидеть и зафиксировать более высокие доходности в корп.облигациях. Длину в текущих условиях наращивать я не вижу смысла. 14% счёта длинных ОФЗ — даже многовато, но доходности там уже вполне интересные. Пока сокращать не буду. Если российские акции поеду…
