مطابق موافقت معاونت محترم آموزشی دانشگاه و به استناد بخشنامه وزارت عتف در خصوص تمدید دفاعیه ها تا 19 اسفند ماه مقرر شد دانشجویان ارشد 1403 که هنوز تصویب موضوع پایان نامه خود را انجام نداده اند حداکثر تا تاریخ 1404/12/19 نسبت به تصویب موضوع پایان نامه ( اتمام مراحل گردش کار بعد از درخواست سیستمی ) اقدام نمایند

برگزاری ازمون جامع دکتری گروه ماده چگال آزمون جامع در تاریخهای 18 و 23 فروردین ماه 1405برگزار میشود. دانشجویانی که شرایط لازم را دارند حتما تا 25 اسفند ماه درخواست خود را در گلستان ثبت کنند. به درخواستهای بعد از این تاریخ ترتیب اثر داده نخواهد شد.

قابل توجه دانشجویانی که تا پایان بهمن ماه 1404 مهلت دفاع داشته اند مطابق بخشنامه معاونت آموزشی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری مورخ 1404/11/6 این دانشجویان درصورتیکه درخواست دفاع از پایان نامه / رساله خود را حداکثر تا تاریخ 1404/12/9 در سامانه گلستان ثبت نموده باشند، می توانند حداکثر تا تاریخ 1404/12/19 دفاع نمایند و دفاع انجام شده جزء نیمسال اول 1405 – 1404 منظور خواهد شد.
