Если отбросить и это исключение, то я буду вынужден признать, что самой музыкальной станцией является InterFM, которая формально вещает в формате «вещание на иностранных языках», поэтому там вполне официально можно услышать английскую речь в большом количестве. Я очень люблю принимать и слушать радио. Причём именно в такой формулировке. Не надо объяснять, что в современных реалиях через стриминги и вообще передачу данных любого рода можно слушать что угодно, но мне доставляет удовольствие именно прослушивание принятых радиоволн. Осознание того, что звук был передан аналоговым способом греет душу, что называется, и привносит какой-то элемент событийности, работы оборудования…

Министерство внутренних дел и коммуникаций (которое регулирует радиовещание и которому я плачу каждый год за использование радиочастот как радиолюбитель; далее МВДК) абсолютно намеренно держит количество лицензий для широковещательных FM радиостанций на текущем уровне, не выдавая новых лицензий коммерческим FM-станциям в Токио (если не считать лицензии на параллельное вещание тех станций, которые ранее присутствовали…

Иронично, но вещание музыки было бы даже более выгодно с финансовой и проще с организационной точки зрения чем то, чем на практике занимаются все радиостанции. Если посмотреть расписание любой станции, то там будет примерно одно и то же: бесконечный список из разных передач с разными ведущими продолжительностью 0,5-1-2-3 часа. Где МВДК активно выдаёт лицензии и особо не скупиться, так это на вещание местных, районных микро-станций мощностью вплоть до 20 Вт. В радиовещании это совершенно ни о чём и с учётом того, что речь идёт об обычных приёмниках, оснащённых обычными антеннами, сильно повезёт, если такие станции можно будет принять в радиусе хотя бы 20 км. Про эту контору и её рекламу, по-моему, написали уже вообще все, кто только мог, только я один остался. Разумеется, я заметил её ещё как только она появилась на станциях метро несколько лет назад, но у меня тогда сразу возникла проблема, которую я до сих пор не могу решить.
