Подытоживая скажу, что в наше время право, как искусство добра и справедливости, утратило возможность решать глобальные и сложные задачи общества (разве что споры по конкретным делам и то не всем). А утратило право свою ключевую функцию потому, что в этом мире нет места ни добру, не справедливости, видимо.
Ну и в догонку селлерам список поводов требовать от Wildberries возмещения несмотря на объективный форс-мажор. Внешняя причина (атака БПЛА) не освобождает Wildberries от ответственности за собственное бездействие, которое повлекло или увеличило ущерб. Также помним, что WB - это профессионал, в том числе в сфере хранения товаров. Да, влетел БПЛА в склад, но обеспечило ли WB сохранность товара? Работала ли система п…
Склад WB разнесли. Селлерам полагается 0. Конечно же поднимется гул, мол, ВБ плохие. А вопрос надо не к ВБ обращать, а немного в другое место. Теория общественного договора остается теорией, такой же неработающей, как и мифический коммунизм. Ну или кентавр.

Доброго воскресного утра, господа хорошие. Наткнулся на занятную инициативу комитета по делам семьи о введении так называемой «совместной опеки» после развода. Конечно же, яжматери, привыкшие открыто шантажировать отцов, взбеленились и выступили против. Но если подумать о природе алиментов и прочих денежных вопросов при разводе - это плата на содержание ребенка, при совместной опеке вероятность того, что деньги дойду…

Мессенджера макс больше нет в AppStore. Может, теперь бюджетников и родителей школьников будут отправлять в МФЦ для его установки. Наверное, и ответственность за неявку будет? Вообще вся эта ситуация - яркая иллюстрация того, как можно загнаться в угол без чьей-либо помощи.

Сегодня один юрист посоветовал оппонентам идти читать книжки, назвав ПТУшниками. Я с ним согласен, ведь конкурсный управляющий в том деле не видит разницы между оспариванием по банкротным и общим (по ГК) основаниям.

Уровень юристов стремительно падает. Сейчас сижу слушателем пока жду заседания. Цитата кредитора: «добросовестные стороны договора залог не используют и не регистрируют». То есть залог в её понимании это зло. Её выступление длилось минут 10 точно. Все можно было бы сократить до 2 минут. В глазах судьи читается усталость от этого всего.
