Сегодня еще один пост/заметка с полезной информацией. А вдруг вы не знаете 😆 В макс появились, чтобы вы думали? Истории и комментарии... Но! Есть нюансы. Усталость. Я тут что думаю. Что усталость нужная вещь. Вот ты устал как собака или лошадь, вымотался. Ты начинаешь экономить оставшиеся силы на нужное, не нужное уже не будешь делать, сил нет потому что. И твой фокус уже направлен на то как бы сохраниться (не путать с обнулиться) и найти ресурс.
