С начала года, за январь-август московские новостройки выросли в цене на 7,2%, тогда как в среднем по России – на 4,9%.
Но и рост цен в Москве уже – чуть выше уровня инфляции, которая накопленным итогом с начала года составила около 5%.

По данным «Миэль», по итогам августа вторичные квартиры в Москве по объявлениям прибавили в цене 1,5%. Напомню, что по данным «Индикаторов рынка недвижимости» рост цен на вторичку в границах старой Москвы был 0,8%.
По объявлениям всегда надо делать поправку на дисконт, который в среднем составляет 1-2%.
Но тем не менее общий тренд на удорожание вторички в Москве выше уровня инфляции в этом году уже чётко выражен.
В 2023 году социологи из Финансового университета при правительстве РФ опросили россиян об их требованиях к новому жилью («Вестник СПбГУ. Социология», №4, 2025).
Один из выводов: семьям с детьми важнее число комнат, чем площадь жилья.
