خب من دیروز که دادگاه بودم شعبه خانواده⚖️ یکی از جلسات دادگاه برام جالب اومد✔️ خانم و آقا در شرف جدا شدن بودن و بحث مهریه و اینا مطرح بود و از اون طرفم خانم رفته بود تغییر جنسیت داده بود🙄 حالا سوال اینه اگه خانم تغییر جنسیت بده تکلیف مهریه چی میشه؟

ببینید کلا ماهیت هبه همینه طلاهای عروسی که به عروس میدن. یا مثلا توی تولد، سالگرد ازدواج اینا اکثرا ماهیتش عقد هبه هستش. که از این پس زن مالک طلاها میشه و هر تصرفی میتونه داشته باشه من جمله ببره بفروشه،حتی اگه فاکتور قبلی به اسم مرده باشه.

⚖️یک مراجعه کننده ای داشتم با این سوال که شوهرم توانایی پرداخت مهریه رو نداره ولی پدر شوهرم پولداره میتونم مهریمو از پدر شوهرم وصول کنم؟ ✅پاسخ : نخیر نمیتونی تنها در صورتی این امکان وجود داره که پدر شوهر ضمن عقد نکاح بعنوان ضامن متعهد شده باشه✔️ #حقوقی
