А мы как обычно делаем, прочитали кое как и потом бросаемся к причинам будучи разочарованными в методах сунны. Тут нужно не сдаваться — обвинить необходимо себя, свою слабость якына в Аллахе, потом с унижением и нуждой просить Аллаха исправить это состояние. Не получается самим — ищите тех, кто научит вас развивать эту убежденность и учитесь у них.
Еще один нюанс: если мы читаем, и не получается собраться духовно — просите это у Аллаха. Говорите: о Аллах, увеличь мою убежденность и исправь мое духовное состояние так, чтобы эти средства из сунны принесли мне пользу. И эта мольба также должна быть постоянной и сильной.
Тут также почему-то люди думают, что одного раза достаточно, чтобы боль прошла, но не учитывают свое состояние убежденности — если оно слабое, то одного раза может быть мало, нужно пробовать много раз пытаясь сосредоточиться и в сердце собрать свою убежденность и надежду на Аллаха и делать эту практику. Даже если вам нужно пить таблетки, прописанные врачами, то все равно сначала, перед приемом таблетки, напомните се…

Это сборник аятов от Шейха Халида аль-Хибши, да сохранит его Аллах. Принцип такой же — читаем для других на воду(человек потом пьет эту воду с намерением снискать шифа от Аллаха) и поплевываем в ладошки без слюны и обтираем человека после чтения с намерением снискать для него исцеление от Аллаха.
