Написал в Facebook эссе на тему, "что если бы я был Министром водных ресурсов" в какой-то воображаемой Новой Беларуси. Продублируюсь. Делал под одну ТЗ перечень беларусских населенных пунктов, на территории которых радиация отменена указом. Точнее постановлением Совета министров № 389 от 3 августа 2026 г.
