привет, в первую очередь не жалеть себя, мне это помогло. когда перестаешь жалеть себя становиться намного легче трезво оценить ситуацию. ну и много думать пожалуй, над причинами которые привели к потерям, и как это можно было бы исправить, от этого уже следуйте. я не знаю контектса вашей ситуации, поэтому не смогу четко сказать что делать, но желаю удачи! вы справитесь
