حدثني رجل فاضل من المملكة العربية السعودية يطلب مني تولي الدفاع عن أحد أقربائه متهم بقضية إتجار في أسلحة نارية ، وأرسل لي بعض الأوراق المتناثرة التي لا يمكن بحال من الأحوال تكوين رأي في القضية على ضوئها. فأخبرته بأنني سوف أرسل من يقوم بالحصول على نسخة من القضية لعدم تمكني من تكوين رأي فيها على ضوء الأوراق التي أرسلها ، وبالفعل حصلت على صورة من ملف القضية. حين طالعتها وجدت صورة نمطية لمحاضر الضبط الملفقة ، و وجدت رو…

🛑استوقفني هذا المقطع واِستَدرَك ان المجتمع يَعُج في النقاش العقيم حول حق الرجل vs المرأة لكن لا احد يبالي الى حق الطفل في ضل الاحداث والاضطرابات الآنية تهالك المجتمع وتفككت الأسرة ، فعلاً هنالك تعسف بااستخدام الحق طالماً هنالك شخص ثالث يتأثر نتاج ذلك .

على الجانب الاخر كتب المحامي مثنى حميد حويطي : حسب فهمي الأمر ليس مفرحاً للمحامين بل هو يُعلي شأن تعليمات وزارة الداخلية على حساب قانون المحاماة ١٧٣ لسنة ١٩٦٥، وكان الأولى أن يُعتبر عمل المُدان مخالفة لأحكام المادة ٢٦ من قانون المحاماة ١٧٣ لسنة ١٩٦٥ (يجب ان ينال المحامي من المحاكم والدوائر الرسمية وشبه الرسمية والمراجع الاخرى التي يمارس مهنته امامها الرعاية والاهتمام اللائقين بكرامة المحاماة وان تقدم له التسهيلات ال…
