И еще одна новая моя статья, которой хотелось бы поделиться. В большинстве случаев считается само собой разумеющимся, что административному органу при принятии административного акта никто и не нужен. Чаще всего так и есть, но бывают исключения: административный акт санкционируется судом или прокурором. Статья — именно о таких случаях.
