Так-с, полагаю, что имя всё-таки заимствованное, так как встретилась полная форма имени АбдулнитIиф / Абдулнетӏиф, что, скорее всего, является фонетическим вариантом имени АбдуллатIиф «Л» часто переходит в «Н» в лезгинском (ламус - намус) Позднее созвучность с десертом уже породило народную этимологию

О лезгинских именах В последние годы часто наблюдаю повышенный интерес к исконным лезгинским именам. Пополним этот список ещё одним редким именем НитӀиф — необычное имя, о котором я недавно узнал. Чтобы не возникло путаницы, поясню последнее слово РацIамар в значении «ресницы» это диалектизм. В литературном языке же это «брови» А вот в вышеупомянутом диалекте «брови» будут галцIамар
