2/4 Я много раз замечал какой-то отдельный вид людей, в которых я чувствовал необьяснимую внутреннюю силу. Они притягивают к себе и вызывают интерес, их всегда хочется слушать и взаимодействовать с ними. 3/4 Я стал обжираться по ночам. Часами заливаться рилсами и соцсетями. Орать в машине. Разгоняться до 150 км/час на ваз 2112. Плотские утехи туда же. Стал уходить посреди ночи из дома. Просто неподвижно лежать на одном месте не в силах ни подумать о чем-то, ни поднять руку. Начались панические атаки. Я стал психовать от простейших задач и неделями их прокрастинировать. Я не мог позвонить бабушке по обычному вопросу…

4/4 Помогла остановка. С трудом удалось поставить на паузу все дела и обязательства. Неделя покоя и тишины. Слушать птиц. Смотреть на красивое вокруг. И самое главное, каждый раз спрашивать себя - а мне это нравится? А что я сейчас чувствую? А чего бы я хотел? И стало постепенно вспоминаться что-то... Как же много я позабыл. Как глубоко заблуждался в чем-то. Прислушался впервые за долгое время к внутреннему голосу…

2/3 Второй момент - как удавалось получать норм оценки на парах. Да все просто на самом деле - приезжаешь, открываешь текущую тему и быстро разбираешься в чем суть, чтобы ПОНЯТЬ тему.
