Написал для «Региональных комментариев» о том, как регионы возвращаются в 1980-е – на этот раз с цифровым лицом. В Нижегородской области прорабатывают продажу топлива на АЗС по QR-кодам и по чётным либо нечётным дням в зависимости от номеров автомобилей (такая схема запускается в Орловской и Липецкой областях).
