صباح الخير يا دانة من الصعب أن تعيد ترتيب إنسانٍ في قلبك بعد أن بعثره موقفٌ واحد. فالقلب لا ينسى من أوجعه في زمنٍ ظنّه فيه أمانًا. فأصعب ما في الخذلان أنه لا يمحي الشخص بل يمحي مكانته. يظل موجودًا، لكن في آخر الصفوف، حيث لا يليق به القرب فليس كل من أخطأ نستطيع أن نسامحه ونعيده كما كان فهناك مواقف تخلع الإنسان من مكانه في القلب، وحين تخلعه يصعب أن يجد مقاسه مرة أخرى لأن المواقف مرايا ترينا الناس على حقيقتهم. ومن رأي…

أدركت أن الإفراط في التفّهّم قد يأتي بثمن. كلما سمحت دون حدود، وتفهّمت كل شيء، وتنازلت في كل مرة اعتاد بعض الناس على تجاهل مشاعرك. ليس لأنك طيب بل لأنهم ظنوا أن طيبتك تعني أنك ستتحمل دائمًا. التعاطف لا يكتمل إلا بوجود حدود صحية. فالعطاء الذي لا تحميه الحدود قد يتحول مع الوقت إلى استنزاف. كن متفهمًا لكن لا تجعل تفهُمك سببًا في إهمال نفسك وضياع كرامتك.
