يَنزِلُ رَبُّنا تَبارَكَ وتَعالى كُلَّ لَيلةٍ إلى السَّماءِ الدُّنيا حينَ يَبقى ثُلُثُ اللَّيلِ الآخِرُ، يقولُ: مَن يَدعوني، فأستَجيبَ له؟ مَن يَسألُني فأُعطيَه؟ مَن يَستَغفِرُني فأغفِرَ له؟ أخرجه البخاري (1145)، ومسلم (758)
قال رسول الله ﷺ : ادْعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَنْتُمْ مُوقِنُونَ بِالإِجَابَةِ، وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَسْتَجِيبُ دُعَاءً مِنْ قَلْبٍ غَافِلٍ لاهٍ رواه الترمذي (3479)، وحسنه الشيخ الألباني في "صحيح الترمذي" (2766).
"﴿إنَّ ربِّي لطيفٌ لما يشاء﴾: يوصِلُ برَّه وإحسانه إلى العبد من حيث لا يشعر ويوصِلُه إلى المنازل الرفيعة من أمور يكرهها. ﴿إنَّه هو العليمُ﴾: الذي يعلم ظواهر الأمور وبواطِنَها وسرائر العباد وضمائرهم. ﴿الحكيم﴾: في وضعه الأشياء مواضعها وسَوْقِهِ الأمور إلى أوقاتها المقدَّرة لها." السعدي

كان أحد السلف مُطرف بن عبدالله الشخير يقول في دعائه : " اللهم لا تجعل غيري اسعد بما علمتني مني ولا تجعلني لغيري عبرة " قال ابن تيمية -رحمه الله- : " هذا من أحسنِ الدعاء "
﴿قالَ هَل آمَنُكُم عَلَيهِ إِلّا كَما أَمِنتُكُم عَلى أَخيهِ مِن قَبلُ فَاللَّهُ خَيرٌ حافِظًا وَهُوَ أَرحَمُ الرّاحِمينَ﴾ [يوسف: ٦٤] أي : هل أنتم صانعون به إلا كما صنعتم بأخيه من قبل ، تغيبونه عني ، وتحولون بيني وبينه ؟ ( فالله خير حفظا ) وقرأ بعضهم : " حافظا " - ( وهو أرحم الراحمين ) أي : هو أرحم الراحمين بي ، وسيرحم كبري وضعفي ووجدي بولدي ، وأرجو من الله أن يرده علي ، ويجمع شملي به ، إنه أرحم الراحمين . ابن كثير
عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال ﷺ: «إنَّ الرجلَ لترفعُ درجتُه في الجنةِ فيقولُ : أنَّىٰ ليَ هذا ؟ فيقالُ : باستغفارِ ولدكِ لَكَ» المصدر : صحيح ابن ماجه قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله: ولا يزال الولد الصَّالح يستغفر لأبيه حتى يُغفر له ثم ترفع درجته في الجنة.
