Коллективные жалобы от дома Пр.10к2 С 02.06.2026 в нашем доме (как и в 5 других домах Лучей) сменилась управляющая компания. Из-за отказа "Преимущества" управлять нашими домами Управой Солнцево был сначала объявлен конкурс на выбор новой УК, а после его аннулирования из-за нарушения процедуры, Управой самостоятельно была назначена УК "Коммунальный Сервис".
