أي احّد حيكون موضوع رسالته Genetic و حيشتغل على سنبات فهذا يفيدكم الفديو، حجيت بي عن الNCBI و شلون تختارون السنبات و شلون تصممون البرايمرات و تتأكّدون من عدها سواء حتشتغلون DNA و PCR عادي او gene expression (من الدقيقة 30 حجيت على الgene expression شلون يصممون البرايمر)
