Не сказать, что спорт присутствует в моей жизни, отнюдь, единственное, что присутствует там последнее время - это шаги, в частности когда хожу на учебу в институт. Сейчас на каникулах почти не гуляю, поэтому и активности мало🙁

Обед довольно простенький. Тушёная капуста под сыром и две рубленные куриные котлетки
Если нравятся такие фруктовые сладенькие вкусы, с дыней, с клубникой, с черникой или, например, не фруктовые - с печеньем, шоколадом и орехом, то могу посоветовать этот наборчик. Также там два вида шоколада, белый и молочный. В среднем все по 170кк. Есть на вбшке, если нужно оставить артикул скажите❣
К слову, эти батончики очень насыщают Скушала в пол 10, пообедала в пол первого

На завтрак скушала вот такой протеиновый батончик, пока больше ничего не хочется
Сегодня что-то совсем сон не шёл, получилось лечь спать только около трёх часов, потом еще покувыркалась с боку на бок часа два и только потом удалось заснуть на совсем немного. Будь на мне мои электронные часы, которые отслеживают сон, они бы показали его время - около трех часов, сказали бы, что он плохой и отправили бы меня дальше спать😹

☆Вы готовите каши? Как вообще к ним относитесь и какие любите?☆ Я в детстве их не любила, вот буквально все до единого. А сейчас стала старше и поняла, что каши, особенно по утрам, это самое прекрасное, что может быть. Среди явных фаворитов - пшено и рис.
Вот что я сегодня кушала🍓 Пшённая каша на молоке и немного замороженных с лета ягодок. Было очень вкусно
