Всё-таки наши арбитражники - смертнички. Я тут просто подряд сходила на дела по убыткам: 1) за то, что выплатил с нарушением очередности 2) за то, что не выплачивал, пока с очередностью реестра не разберётся после предыдущего коллеги)) Это называется "оба хуже"))

В коридоре перед заседанием можно услышать немало интересного и полезного) Например, сегодня я услышала, что в АСгМ устранили отдел, который занимался сканированием документов, поступивших в суд через канцелярию. Соответственно, теперь если запрашиваешь документы на ознакомление онлайн, дают только то, что поступало в электронном виде. А то, что в очном - по- старинке, в кабинете ознакомления.
