Я создала этот канал по двум причинам: 1. Я очень жалею, что не начала инвестировать раньше. Поэтому моя ипотека сейчас под 8%, а не под 2%, как у моих более умных друзей. Вдогонку к комментариям, что все скоро обвалится в ноль - 62к операционного кеша, даже если все обвалится, это даже лучше :)) Зайду в Apple по $1 за акцию! У меня сейчас настройка раз в 2 недели покупать определенный портфель в fidelity, чтобы не все разом в рынок вливать, а «размазывать» по году.

За последние пару лет мое отношение к кредитам изменилось радикально. Раньше я старалась их скорее закрыть, как только появлялись свободные деньги (все машины старалась как можно быстрее выкупать).
