پست آخرم ببین بعد از جلسهی رواندرمانی خودم ضبط کردم تا همهتون اوج آسیب پذیری یه درمانگرو ببینید شاید جرئت کردید و توی دنیایی که همه دارن هولتون میدن به قوی بودن به جاش اعتراف کردید به آدم بودن🤍

بعد از خودکشی پسر یالوم، چند تا از مراجعینم توی جلسه درمان وقتی داشتن رنجهاشونو باهام قسمت میکردن آخر جلسه ازم عذرخواهی کردن که باعث شدن حال من بد بشه وقتی عمیق شدیم روی این عذرخواهی فهمیدیم خیلییامون از خودکشی پسر یالوم ترسیدیم ترسیدیم چون معناش برامون این بود زور آگاهی هم شاید یه وقتایی به رنج نرسه ترسیدیم چون فهمیدیم هنوز این توهم که آدم بزرگا باید قوی باشن درون ما زندهست مثل بچگییامون که نمیتونستیم بپذیری…

من مخالف ازدواج نیستم به نظرم تشکیل خانواده و تعهد رسمی میتونه قشنگ باشه من خودمم دوسش دارم اما نه برای همه، اما نه به عنوان یه نقطهای از ارتباط که بلاخره باید تیکش بزنیم نه به هر قیمتی❤️🫂

امیدوارم اونقدر آگاهی انتشار پیدا کنه تا هیچ دو نفری به خاطر یه سری ترس و محدودیت قراردادی رو امضا نکنن که دنیایی از کارما برای خودشون و آینده به جا بذارن!

تا وقتی این سوالارو از خودمون نپرسیم هر روز آمار طلاق بیشتر از روز قبل بالا میره واقعا یه جا میخوندم برای اینکه آمار طلاق رو بیاریم پایین راهش اینه آمار ازدواج رو کمتر کنیم

و عمیقا معتقدم ازدواج برای هر شخصیتی مناسب نیست لباسی نیست که توی تن همه خوشگل بشینه باید درک کنی برای تو مناسب هست؟ الان آمادهی بستن یه قرارداد هستی؟ روحت اونقدر آزاد هست که بتونی به وقتش اگر نیاز شد از قرارداد خارج بشی؟

مثلا من ازدواج رو یه قرارداد رسمی و اجتماعی میبینم نه ضمانتی برای عشق، نه حتی نشونهی صمیمیت و نه نقطهای که حس کنیم خب بلاخره ازدواج کردیم و رسیدم بهم

الان دیگه سوال اینه من کنار چه آدمی میتونم روحمو ارتقا بدم؟ میتونم رشد کنم؟ و آیا برای این اتفاق در حال حاضر باید ازدواج کنم؟ یعنی اجازه ندید ازدواج یه نقطهای از ارتباط بشه براتون که مثلا خب ۵ سال تو رابطه عاطفی بودیم پس حالا باید ازدواج کنیم!

هر کسی توی یه فرمی از ارتباط عاطفی احساس امنیت میکنه و میتونه روحشو ارتقا بده و واقعیت اینه که درسته ازدواج یکی از فرمهای قدیمی و متداول ارتباط هست اما تنها مدل و فرم نیست از نظرم با این سرعت آگاهی، ازدواج طی چند سال آینده تا حد خوبی منسوخ میشه و آدما میتونن با فرمهای دیگهی ارتباط عاطفی بیقضاوت کنار هم باشن
