بعد از اریکولوتراپی چه اقدامی انجام بدیم؟! ۱_برای مواردی که غسل باید انجام بشه فقط یک مقداری آب از روی چسبها رد بشه اشکال ندارد وبه لحاظ شرعی هم غسل مشکلی نداره ۲_سیدهارا هریک ساعت یک دقیقه فشاردهید. مقدار فشار طوری باید باشد که گوشها گرم شوند ۳_موقع خواب نیازی به فشاردادن سیدها نیست
