Круто,когда ты ходишь на всякие практики телесные и знакомишься с людьми,после тебе подгоняют еще билеты на похожие мероприятия. В сентябре пригласили на практику для своих,нет анонсов и билетов. А я на него попаду 🙃 Нравится знакомиться с новыми людьми и изучать свое тело. Ведь наше тело это целый храм и часто мы его не слышим. А через нелестные практики мы проявляем заботу к себе. Слушайте себя,слушайте свое тело…
Звукозапись прошла хорошо,поехали на репетицию 😅 Как все успеть…где мой ковер самолет или машина времени 🤭

День 8 Сегодня уже неделя когда я нахожусь в тревожных всплесках из-за взрывов и атак беспилотников. Думала меня это не зацепит,но я слышу все что ночью происходит и очень плохо сплю. Просыпаюсь-пульс учащеный,злость и непонимание где я. Хочется уже спокойствия и мирного неба над головой, жутко устала от этого. Медитации не помогают тк меня все эти звуки выдергивают из спокойного состояния. Сейчас еду на работу а у…

День 7 Выходной,а значит пора уехать за город. Насладиться звуками дороги и природы,а как вы проводите свои выходные? Сегодня в планах поездка на дачу,встреча с родителями и просто теплая атмосфера

Сегодня я что-то задержалась на работе и только еду домой. Сегодня была встреча с оргами по мероприятию,что-то готовится интересное 😍 Так нравится как складывается в данное время жизнь. Куча интересных знакомых, и много всяких мероприятий где я не только как участник могу быть,но и как организатор🤌

Вернулась вот в режим, и такое приятное чувство когда организм действительно отдохнул и сам рано утром просыпается) Уже несколько дней придерживаюсь подъему без будильника,когда тело само пробудилось) Встаю,иду делаю медитацию и йогу после завтрак с любимой и отправляюсь на работу. Настроение совершенно другое,не загруженное. Правда сегодня из-за ливня я встала в 6 утра,сделала кучу дел и решила прилечь к моим люби…

День 6 Сегодня 1 августа, последний месяц лета. Я сначала расстроилась,что лето почти закончилось и я не успела им насладиться. Но после вспомнила походы в бар, различные мероприятия и лето у меня выдалось очень даже ярким. Буду продолжать его проводить так же активно,что и вам желаю.
