Советский районный суд Махачкалы признал 27-летнюю уроженку Ставропольского края виновной в мошенничестве с маткапиталом (ч. 3 ст. 159.2 УК РФ). Установлено, что осужденная в составе группы лиц похитила 525 000 рублей из средств ОСФР по РД, предоставив ложные сведения. Суд назначил ей наказание в виде 2 лет лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком 1,5 года. Приговор может быть обжалован.
7 августа 2026 года Табасаранский районный суд приговорил начальника отдела имущественных и земельных отношений района к 3,5 годам колонии общего режима.
