اجتك مريضة 🙋🏼♀️ للصيدلية وكلتلك عندي عملية 🤦🏼♀️ بعد فترة وكتشفت انو هي تأخذ اسبرين 💊 كمضاد للتخثر فلازم انت تنصحها تترك الاسبرين قبل أسبوع من العملية لان الاسبرين هو مضاد تخثر وفي حال ما تركتة قبل العملية بأسبوع راح يصير عند المريضة نزيف أثناء العملية وهاي التوصيات كلش مهمة منك كصيدلاني .

ال Metformin 💊 المعروف بالاسم التجاري ( Glucophage ) من الأدوية المشهورة الي تعالج مرض السكري ( type 2 diabetes ) الشغلة المهمة الي أريدك تعرفها عنة انو هذا الدواء يقلل ⬇️ امتصاص فيتامين B12 . لذلك انصح المريض الي يأخذ الدواء على المدى البعيد انو يفحص فيتامين B12 لان ممكن يصير عندة نقص بي وممكن بسبب هذا النقص يصير عندة فقر دم ( anemia ) او مشاكل بالأعصاب ( peripheral neuropathy )

اجاك مريض سكري للصيدلية يحقن انسولين 💉وكلك اني يومية احقن انسولين بنفس المكان والبارحة حقنت انسولين وما اشتغل وصعد سكري ‼️ انت كصيدلاني باوعت على نفس المكان الي يحقن بي يومية راح تعرف انو صاير عندة التهاب بهذا المكان ،، ونتيجة الالتهاب تكونت اجسام مناعية وانزيمات كامت تكسر الانسولين من يحقنة بنفس المكان لهذا يا بطل انصحة يغير مكان الحقن وراح يرجع الأنسولين يشتغل ويبدي يرجع سكر دمة للطبيعي ✅

الوقت المثالي ⏰ لأخذ مضادات الحموضة مثل دواء (Rennie) او الحب الكرط هو بعد الاكل بساعة لان بهذا التوقيت راح يقل نزول محتويات المعدة إلى ⬅️ الأمعاء وبذلك راح يبقى الدواء بالمعدة لفترة اطول ✅ ويسويلي شغل لفترة اطول ( تقريبا 3 ساعات ) مقارنة بلو أخذنا الدواء على معدة فارغة ( يطول شغل الدواء نص ساعة او ساعة بس ) . #محمد_قاسم

دائماً ننصح المريض انو يأخذ دواء ال omeprazole قبل الاكل وهنا المريض حيفهم خطا ❌ وممكن راح ياخذ الدواء بفترة طويلة كلش قبل الاكل وهنا الدواء راح يقل شغلة كلش كلش ‼️ بس ليش وشلون أوجه المريض صح 🤔 تعالوا نسولف هذا الدواء راح يقلل ⬇️ إفراز حامض ال HCL بالمعدة عن طريق انو راح يثبط مضخات البروتون ( النشطة ) وركزلي على كلمة النشطة لان هاي المضخات راح تنشط لمن نبدي ناكل وإذ أخذنا الدواء قبل الاكل بفترة طويلة راح تكون ال…
