🟢Grayscale filed an amended trust agreement for its Ethereum Staking Mini ETF that would allow the fund to stake substantially all of its ETH once specified tax conditions are met. Staking rewards would be converted to cash and distributed to shareholders at least quarterly, while Grayscale may charge a separate staking fee to be disclosed later.
