إذا كانت النتائج: PT = 13 ثانية (طبيعي) INR = 3.5 (مرتفع جدًا) aPTT = 35 ثانية (طبيعي أو قريب من الطبيعي) فهذه النتائج أيضًا غير منطقية في أغلب الحالات. لماذا؟ الـ INR لا يُقاس مباشرة، وإنما يُحسب من PT باستخدام معادله خاصه لذلك إذا كان PT = 13 ثانية وهو ضمن الطبيعي، فمن غير الممكن تقريبًا أن يكون INR = 3.5. الأسباب المحتملة: اولا :- خطأ في حساب INR (أكثر سبب شيوعًا). ثانيا :- إدخال خاطئ للنتيجة (Data entry error). …
