Визит Гуцана в Мурманск - это не только официальная программа. Кроме неё, полпред Президента в СЗФО заинтересован и в предвыборных вопросах. В первую очередь, конечно, речь о городской фронде, особенно о Сысоеве и Хабарове, которые своими выкрутасами наносят нехилый такой ущерб собственному политическому будущему в Мурманске без Веллера.

Не хотелось бы подозревать МурДом в незнании местных реалий, но Глеб Шинкарчук в этом здании на втором этаже и сидел в свою предыдущую бытность министром внутрипола. Так что он скорее всего банально вернётся в свой же кабинет, никого не потеснив. Что до выселения/вселения, так скорее всего, просто в бумагах порядок наводят. Так бывает.

Оппозицию штормит и лихорадит. Уж очень депутатам не понравилась перспектива отрывать свои задницы от мягких кресел и как-то шевелиться на одномандатных округах.
