В Петербурге новый способ развода туристов — на Дворцовой площади ходят девушки, представляются «царской охраной» «задерживают» людей, фотографируются и просят по 400₽ за фото. Гражданам за нарушение грозит штраф в размере 4 тыс. рублей, должностным лицам — от 30 до 40 тыс. рублей, юрлицам — от 200 до 300 тыс. За повторное нарушение физлиц будут штрафовать на 5 тыс. рублей, должностных — на 40-50 тыс., юридических — на 300-500 тыс.
Самокатчики за прошлый год получили 8 тысяч штрафов, 3 миллиона предупреждений, 14 тысяч аккаунтов были заблокированы. Арендовали электросамокаты 28 миллионов раз.
