something that is almost always on my mind is how unhealthy it is that i sometimes live vicariously through other people's experiences against my will because i'm scared of trying and failing; and i need to keep reminding myself that although it seems safer and more comfortable to just stay as a "potential" looking at lives lived from the outside, comfort cannot and will never mean satisfaction.
