Дело о банкротстве АО "Импульз" прекращено судом в связи с тем, что у должника отсутствует имущество даже для того, чтобы профинансировать процедуру банкротства. Теперь долг перед бюджетом в четыре с лишним миллиона завис на неплатежеспособном предприятии.
