То есть вы предлагаете для каждого дополнения с голосом создавать отдельный экземпляр speechapi.SpeechSynthesizer, даже если у нескольких голосов одна и та же лицензия? Довольно контринтуитивно, хотя, чем чёрт не шутит. Вот новая версия драйвера с этим исправлением. У себя разницу я не замечаю, но, может быть, пользователи, у которых раньше наблюдались подтормаживания, заметят улучшение производительности.
