Иногда захожу в эти категории вебстора - пара моих расширений сюда попадала, плюс просто посмотреть, что в тренде. Каждый раз перед глазами мелькало расширение Cat Gatekeeper. Собрал текущую статистику по расширениям. 1. Открытие вкладки в инкогнито - фаворит, почти 160к пользователей, в среднем 800 установок в сутки. 2. Есть встроенный механизм для запуска какого-либо действия при удалении расширения. Я обычно использую его для открытия новой вкладки с Google-формой и парой вопросов: - Почему удалили? - Что можно улучшить? и т.д. Антирекорд сразу минус 3 расширения. Пару дней назад, вот такие письма получил на почту сразу для трех расширений. Два крупных >30 000 юзеров и одно 500 юзеров (оно не пошло, его не жалко). Отправил в воскресенье на модерацию обновление расширения Открыть вкладку в инкогнито. Несмотря на выходной модерация прошла за пол часа. Наверное автоматическая проверка прошла. В работе использую разные ИИ, в основном Copilot от Github и Claude Code от Anthropic. На скриншоте - ответ свежей модели Claude Opus 4.7. Уже так "преисполнился", что позволяет себе ругаться матом. В предыдущей версии (Claude Opus 4.6) максимум было "протупил", "мой косяк" и "блин". Похоже, обновления выкатывают быстрее, чем успевают причесать поведение модели.

Вот такой странный график количества пользователей в одном из расширений. Начиная с этого года какие-то "пляски". Процент удалений к установкам не изменился - на уровне 35%. При этом ботов никогда не лил, рекламу не закупал. В общем, непонятно. Главное - само расширение продолжает расти и приносить небольшую прибыль.

У второго расширения, которое попало под “санкции“ гугла в феврале 2025, резко выросли установки. Вначале подумал боты, такое бывает, но обычно это в общей сложности до 1000 установок за пару дней с одной страны и через несколько дней они удаляются. Дело оказалось в том, что из стора удалили расширение - лидера в той же нише (загрузка изображений). Это дало буст многим подобным расширениям и разным конверторам изоб…

Получил вот такие вопросы, решил поделиться ответом. Прежде чем ответить небольшое отступление: расширения это дополнительный вид деятельности, основной - это сбор данных (парсинг) и разного рода автоматизации.
