Хочу уточнить один момент по поводу окружающего мира в Осколках. Для меня это очевидная вещь, но я все же скажу об этом. Я использую игровые локации, да, но всё я их видоизменяю и расширяю. Будем честны, тот же Велдейл в реальной жизни бы состоял не из 6 домиков. Игровые возможности просто не позволяют воссоздать реальные размеры. Это же кстати понимали и разработчики. Все пытаюсь подобрать красивое оформление для постов с главами. И блин… Вроде выглядит симпатично, не перебивает основной текст. Но для меня даже это выглядит вычурно. Хочу побеситься в этом посте. И знаю, мои мысли вам не сдались. Но сука! Как же меня бесят читатели, которые почему-то решили, что автор им должен. Идите нахуй, большой и толстый, чтоб жопу разорвало! Я пишу каждый день, бывает много, бывает всего пару предложений. Я трачу на это время, силы и другие ресурсы. И ведь это только часть работы. Отдельно скажу про новые переводы. Hollow Woods — он же ГУЛКИЙ лес. И я молчу вообще про то, что hollow переводится как полый... И по сути, это лес полых деревьев. До обновления Леса Холлов, там росли дубы, в которых были дупла. Отсюда и название. Ну или может имелся какой-то более глубокий подтекст. Но теперь у нас гулкий лес. Кстати, а Морланд они не перевели. Хотя это тоже и территория, и фамилия. Причем, Moorland, вполне себе реальный ландшафт — вересковые пустоши, их еще можно назвать верещатник (но это слово встречается реже). И это такая гористая местность, в целом хорошо подходит для конюшен Морланда и ссо. Но все же решили не переводить.

А еще хочу обсудить перевод игры. И то, что он мне вообще не нравится. 1. The Harvest Counties. Так называется Село Урожайное/Урожайные области на Йорвике. Почему половину локаций не перевели, а вот эту взяли да перевели? Да, понятное дело, что сложно локализовать подобное. Но как по мне обычное "Харвест" звучит лучше, что "Село Урожайное".
