خوشگلا سلام طرز پخت باسلوق شیره انگور دقیقا مثل باسلوق معمولیه فقط اصلا شکر نزنید همون اول نشاسته گل رو با ۴۰۰ گرم آب حل کنید و ۲۵۰ـ۳۰۰ گرم شیره انگور هم بریزید و بذارید رو حرارت مراحلشو مثل باسلوق معمولی انجام بدید به ربع آخر پخت، یه مشت گردوی ریز خرد شده رو که تو یه تابه خشک جداگانه حرارت دادید تا تُست بشه، بهش اضافه کنید

#باسلق_انار بچهها من آب انار اضافه داشتم، دقیقا طبق همین دستور باسلق انار درست کردم، با این تغییرات کلا به جای آب، آب انار زدم شکر رو ۳۰۰ گرم زدم هل رو حذف کردم بعد آماده شدن کف سینی پودر نارگیل ریختم، مایه باسلق رو زیختم روش به صورت مستطیلی صاف کردم، روش هم پودر نارگیل ریختم چند ساعت تو یخچال موند با چاقو یا قیچی چرب، برش زدم و همه جاشو پودر نارگیلی کردم ازش عکس ندارم، ولی عالی شده بود از من بپذیرید 😁
