🏃 Сегодня решил подвести итоги моих «похождений». Выставил для себя план в 10 км в день. За три месяца (92 дня) прошёл 920 км. В начале немного отставал от графика, но потом нагнал! В день тратил около 3 часов и расходовал 600 кКал.
