Вот за что мы любим сербов - за то, что им никакая жара ни по чем! В эту субботу, например, на Фрушка-Горе пройдет ночной забег/поход. Участникам предлагают три ночных маршрута: 7 километров для начинающих и семей, 11 километров для любителей и 19 километров для опытных бегунов. Однажды с нами случилась веселая история в аэропорту Белграда. У нас было лишнее место багажа - детский самокат. Но сотрудники сжалились над нами и записали его как часть детской коляски! Это было настолько мило и абсурдно одновременно, что мы улыбаемся до сих пор, когда вспоминаем этот эпизод. Вообще про сербское чадолюбие можно складывать легенды. Ой-ой, какие тревожные новости приходят из Сербии и в целом с Балканского полуострова. Оказывается от жары обмелел Дунай. И где-то даже стали видны затонувшие во время Второй Мировой войны корабли. Из-за обмеления, говорят, отменяются круизы по реке. Какое-то слишком жаркое лето в Европе в этом году. А у нас на северах все стабильно: солнце-дождь-солнце и +23. 🤩Не только по Сербии

Что-то хорошо пошла тема вкусностей! Как раз в тему - еще один фестиваль в эти выходные (31.07-1.08) в Сербии - Дни черники на Копаонике. На фестивале можно будет попробовать местные продукты из черники, посмотреть соревнования по сбору ягод и приготовлению блюд из них, также гостей ждет культурная программа на центральной площади. ⚡️А все уже видели, что с 1 ноября в Черногорию нужно будет оформлять визы? Мы конечно уверены, что на сезон, примерно с мая по октябрь, их будут отменять. Но вообще это конечно за гранью. Если честно, осталось ощущение, что даже прочтение рецепта белмужа дало +1000 калорий к дневному рациону. Итак, рецепт белмужа. Просто, калорийно, очень вкусно. Сразу стоит сказать, что блюдо пришло еще из средних веков. Его готовили пастухи, у которых под рукой не было продуктов, но всегда был свежий сыр и мука. И это кстати главная особенность белмужа: молодому сыру должно быть не больше двух дней. А он есть - это сербское национальное блюдо, которое готовится из кукурзной муки и молодого сыра. У нас тут на днях случилась годовщина свадьбы, и мы решили провести ее в доме отдыха - отправились в «Пересвет - Русские сезоны». Отличный отель с огромным количеством развлечений. И главное - множеством прогулочных маршрутов (которые зимой превращаются в лыжные трассы).
