Кстати, получается что раньше тут и была среднеамериканская плотность. Визуально на 600000 город должен быть в 2 раза больше. То есть такой как он сейчас, он должен быть на 300000, при сохранении "человеческой плотности" в 1965 так и было. Можно сказать что Владивосток исторически был субурбией.

Примерно такую площадь должен занимать Город при сохранении человеческой плотности застройки И то это без учёта прилегающих дорог, дорог вообще, общественных мест, парков, пустырей, промзон, и при расчёте на 600 000, а не на 800 000, по последним данным. То есть это невозможный минимум. Взял среднее количество жителей в одном доме США, нашёл средний размер участка частного дома. 600000/3. 200000*8соток = 160км.кв …

Интересно, создатели подобной рекламы своим матерям и отцам так же говорят? Когда приносят торт на день рождения например, или не позволяют себе таких выражения? Почему тогда в отношении своих сограждан такое допустимо? Понятно что это шутка, но не всякая шутка уместна. Написано так, будто пробки из-за оптимизации движения. Конечно нет. Там движение оптимизируют потому что там пробки всегда были. А оптимизация не работает, потому что в городе аномальная плотность населения при высокой концентрации автомобилей. @primoria_republic

В Приморье есть квартиры по цене от 350 тысяч рублей Из-за оттока населения в столицу края, у нас появился рынок сверхдешёвого жилья. За около трёх с половиной тысяч долларов можно купить трёшку.
