Эти выходные прошли под знаком йоги. В субботу 108 кругов Сурья Намаскар (серия А). Оказалось не так страшно как думал😅 В воскресенье международный день йоги на центральном стадионе в Казани. Последние полгода я активно практикую йогу (3 раза в неделю по полтора часа+ два раза в неделю занимаюсь пранаямой). И вот что я понял за это время. Йога- это вообще не про гибкость (хотя конечно, гнусь я теперь заметно лучше🙃…

Давно ничего здесь не писал. Если честно- подзабил. И не потому что лень, а потому что всё слишком быстро меняется. Я подзапутался в соцсетях и не до конца понимаю где и что и в каком виде рассказывать/показывать 😅 Каждый день что-то новое, и я сам немного охереваю от этого. Сегодня наконец-то разблокировал свой ВК. Долго не мог- забыл пароль и забил, потому что не было особой нужды да и в целом он стал каким-то сложным как по мне. Но когда зашёл- наткнулся на свой старый плейлист (что слушал в конце школы и универе). И меня просто накрыло. Как будто нырнул в прошлую версию себя. Последнюю неделю ничего здесь не постил. Во-первых, после мероприятия словил жёсткий откат и обесценку. Прямо накрыло на пару дней. Сейчас уже отпустило, появилась энергия и желание! В субботу провёл своё первое мероприятие. Волновался капец😅 В процессе забыл все что хотел сказать. Где-то терялся, где-то тупил, где-то казалось, что всё идёт не так. На ретрите я впервые поучаствовал в расстановках по Хеллингеру. И, честно, это, наверное, топ из всего, что я пробовал в психологических практиках. Прям взрыв мозга! Сегодня вернулся с двухдневного ретрита, который проходил в Подмосковье И честно — я в шоке от того, сколько всего можно прожить за 2 дня😅 Никогда в жизни за такой короткий срок я не получал столько опыта: - ом-чантинг (45 минут пропеваешь мантру ом) - йога - тантра в разных ее проявлениях (тантрический массаж, тантра в бане, ролевая тантра) - расстановки - разные техники массажа - песни под гитару - живые концерты…
