июль закрыли на +300к большая часть из этих денег, конечно, предоплаты на августовские брони/банкеты, но всё равно результат неплохой но основной фокус сейчас даже не на продвижении и расширении базы гостей (=входящих бабок), а на построении и налаживании операционных процессов когда я пришёл на предприятие, не было абсолютно никаких правил. управление персоналом строилось на личных отношениях, сельском панибратст…
