В целом каждый день стараюсь гулять, пока погода позволяет. Обошла уже всю Казань на каблуках, спина в порядке после них, радуюсь!
Вторую неделю сижу на чистом пп, потому что в июле много баловалась чипсами. Уже давно заметила, когда сидишь даже три дня на чистом питании, тело сразу откликается визуально и в ощущениях) плюс я снова похуде…
