Один из моих критериев оценки команды - умение атаковать вторым темпом. Вещь довольно типовая, но требующая высокой физической готовности. И в целом неотразимая. На этом чемпионате вторым темпом не атакует никто.

Мой взгляд на длинные ОФЗ. На текущий момент, тренд на снижение ключевой ставки очевиден, также, как и тренд на снижение доходностей ОФЗ. Поэтому имеет смысл набирать длину, пока доходность по ней в двузначном диапазоне, с перспективой получить до 20% годовых на переоценке тела в ближайшие год-два. В более длинной перспективе. Продолжаем про золото. Чтобы понять, куда (скорее всего) пойдёт цена, надо посмотреть на баланс спроса и предложения. Вот балансовая табличка за последние три года (World Gold Council).
Численный эксперимент. Что было бы, если бы мы взяли биржевое золото в любой форме, подержали его и через какое-то фиксированное время продали? Мы бы чаще получили прибыль или убыток?
