Суд в полном объеме удовлетворил исковое заявление ПВО - ООО «Волста». Рассмотрение дела заняло всего четыре месяца, что по меркам Арбитражного суда города Москвы не так много. Судья сразу перешла из предварительного заседания в основное и в тот же день вынесла решение. Представляется, что именно так и должны рассматриваться подобные споры о взыскании задолженности по публичному долгу.

А какая правовая природа у компенсации, которую Вайлдберрис предоставила собственникам погибшего товара? Обязательства компенсировать стоимость товара не было в силу положений заключенного договора.
