Хотя по семейному законодательству мы и так несём ответственность за своих детей. Большой вопрос: зачем ещё раз прописывать это в какой-то расписке? Особенно, если никакие расписки не упоминаются в законодательстве. И как такая расписка сможет защитить школу и учителей в случае чего?
