Трудно представить себе, что современный волгоградский Планетарий стоит на территории, которая до Сталинградской битвы и до революции занималась промышленным предприятием. Вид местности в то время был довольно суровым (фото 1 – современная цифровая реконструкция предприятия, фото 2 – исходник, фото 3 – современный вид того же места с той же точки, по ул. Гагарина).

Вид одного из танкеров, построенных на заводе Бари в Царицыне. На фото (первый вариант - цифровая реконструкция, второй - исходник) - железная наливная баржа Общества «Кавказ и Меркурий». Построена по проекту В.Г. Шухова в Царицыне на заводе А.В. Бари в 1887 г. Это, конечно, не знаменитая «Катя», вместимость примерно в 2,5 раза меньше. У Бари Царицыне был судостроительный завод, при этом сам он родился в Петербурге, жил в Москве, вёл дела по всей России. Был другом великого инженера Владимира Шухова, знакомым Д.И. Менделеева. Трамвайный мост в Сталинграде, 20-е гг. Мост скорее всего ещё дореволюционный, 1915-1916 гг. постройки. Фото опубликовано в книге "Поволжье. От истоков Волги до Каспийского моря" (М., 1925 г.). Там сделана подпись, что это - трамвайный мост у пос. Рыкова в Сталинграде. Пос. Рыкова - это на Красном, район Мансардного посёлка и в разные стороны от него. Продолжаю про поездку в Питер. Сегодня немножко размышлений. Конечно же, мы были в Эрмитаже. В который раз я там был? - сказать сложно. Но вообще для себя я вывел, что ездить в Питер и ходить там в Зимний дворец надо не летом.
