lately I do journaling and meditating a lot 🧘🏻♀️ каждый раз пишу на очень разные темы. иногда просто все что приходит в голову, иногда какие то списки разные. но в основном все очень позитивное. через время читаю и понимаю как все меняется или не меняется. (даже поменялось the way i started writing more positively) a медитация помогает привести мысли в порядок, убрать негативные эмоции и перевести свой фокус вниман…

Со всей южной Америки студенты едут учиться именно в Аргентину. Шесть аргентинских университетов входят в топ-50 Qs ranking. а вы знали что в Аргентине образование для ВСЕХ бесплатное? неважно какой ты национальности, откуда ты, можешь получить абсолютно бесплатное образование. поступить можно просто с аттестатом, вот только учеба на испанском языке хотите расскажу подробнее?

сегодня проснулась и решила что должна попробовать матчу я думала будет дерьмо но я взяла матча с маракуйя на какосовом молоке (звучит не оч😭) и оно оказалось весьма вкусным так то я любитель чая ✋🏼 вам нравится?
