Щодо законності шляхів оголошення підозри: Повідомлення про підозру директору НАБУ складене та особисто підписане Генеральним прокурором відповідно до вимог статті 481 КПК України. Передбачені законом відомості внесено до ЄРДР, а сам документ направлено офіційним способом, визначеним статтею 278 КПК.
